Aruneshwar Gupta
Aruneshwar Gupta holds a LLB degree (1976) and began his practice in Supreme Court of India as associate advocate with M/s Ramamurthi & Co. and (Late) Shri P.R.Mridul. He has briefed almost all Senior Advocates in Supreme Court and has drafted and apprared in cases touching almost all legal issues in Supreme Court and almost all High Courts. He was the Addl.Advocate General of State of Rajasthan (2004-2009) and has been instrumental in drafting of the Rajasthan Sports Act, 2003, He appeared in anti-dumping and several arbitration cases related to national and international agreements in Idia and overseas.
Aruneshwar has served as Vice President of SCAORA (Supreme Court Advocate on Record Association) and Hony. Secretary of SCBA (Supreme Court Bar Association) Aruneshwar is a life member of Indian Law Institute. He is also a member of Delhi High Court Bar Association, International Bar Association, SAARC Law, Union International Des Advocates, Indian Institute of Comparative Law and Indian Council of Arbitration.
Aruneshwar is Founder and President of the Law Information Centre and was also appointed as Chairman of a team of Honorary Research Scholars entrusted with the work of editing Supreme Court Reports by the then Chief Justice of India.
Vinod K Agarwal
Vinod K Agarwal possesses deep legal knowledge and has decades of experience in the field of law. Vinod completed his law graduation in 1962 and got enrolled as an advocate in 1963; also completed his Masters in Law in the year 1965.
Vinod held a number of Senior Government positions including Hon. Secretary General, International Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution and also was a Member of Securities & Exchange Board of India. He has also served as Law Secretary to the Government of India.
Currently, he serves as an advocate to the Supreme Court of India and High Courts and also acts as Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales. Vinod is listed on the Panel of various bodies such as Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany, Embassy of the United States of America, and British High Commission etc. He has also led to various conferences such as United Nations Commission on International Trade Laws (UNCITRAL) and Commonwealth Conferences on behalf of India.
